Year-End Sale (2006) / New Year's Sale (2007)

As the old saying goes, its "Ring out the old and bring in the new". So to mark the end of 2006 (a year in which I bought too many watches) and the beginning of 2007 (a year in which I plan to buy a few and sell a few), here are a handful of watches that may be of interest to the Chronocentric crowd. Thanks to Chuck for coming up with this idea. There's always something nice about buying and selling among friends, and so I hope that these can find a hew home "in the family". If not, they go onto ebay, in early 2007.

For each of the watches shown below, you have a link that will take you to a page that covers that specific watch. I plan to add additional watces during the course of this "Flea Market", so check this page for updates.

Heuer Reference 510.503 -- In pewter, powered by the Lemania 5100, complete with all the goodies (bracelet, box, outer cardboard, price tag, hang tag, instruction booklet and warranty booklet). Price is $1,550. Click here for additional photos and information.

Heuer Game-Master -- The very best sample of the Game-Master that I have seen -- appears to be unworn, without the strap ever being attached. Includes original strap, plastic pouch, box, store receipt (from 1969) and warranty booklet. Price is $800. Click here for additional photos and information.

Gallet two-register chronograph, with true 24-hour indication. A beautiful mid-sized chronograph, powered by our friend, the Valjoux 7733. Running strong; chrono functions properly; keeping good time. Best offer over $950 takes it. Click here for additional photos.

Baylor "Camaro Lookalike" chronograph. No, it's not made by Heuer, but this is the best looking "poor man's Camaro on the market. This watch wears well and runs well, with a Landeron 187 movement. Price is $775. Click here for additional photos.

Automatic Autavia, with unique orange trim. Sure is looks like the "Siffert" or "Viceroy", but this unique Autavia is trimmed in orange, rather than the blue or red. Perhaps the rarest of the Autavias. Price is $1,350. Click here for additional information and photos.
