This "Orly" Carrera is identical to the Heuer Reference 1158, Mark 4, except that the dial is marked "Orly" below the "Carrera", with no "Heuer" shield on the dial

This is a unique watch, made for Ronnie Peterson. Reference 1158 case and hands, with dial from gold-plated, barrel-shaped Carrera (Ref 110.515 CHN).  Dial has oval registers and Cotes de Geneve finish.
