This catalog was published under the name “Von Lengerke & Antoine”, which was the name of the store owned by Abercrombie & Fitch, located in Chicago.  Abercrombie & Fitch and Von Lengerke & Antoine both distributed the same catalog, with the only difference being the name of the store.
